Hey everyone, when people ask what I do, the easy answer is I’m a fitness and wellness coach, but it’s so much more than that. I help people break free from saying things like “oh, I used to do that” or “maybe when I was younger.” My goal is to help people live a life without limitations stemming from their bodies, to feel confident and proud in their skin. To help others break free from societal norms that say we should settle for a sedentary life after a certain age.

For over 10 years, I have worked as a respiratory therapist in various facets of the current healthcare system, including neonatal, geriatric, emergency, and critical care units. I understand the value and importance of a care team that aligns with your values. I am also an avid outdoors enthusiast and a lover of all things fitness. I have coached hundreds of people through their fitness journey, young and old.

I envision a new avenue of health that bridges the gap between the fitness and healthcare industries. One that meets people where they are and provides knowledge and skills to make strong humans. Humans who can say yes to any adventure. Humans who have autonomy over their anatomy.
